A cool breeze blew gently through the peaceful mountainous region in which the minis village lay. Everywhere, minis ran around, playing and relaxing. No one would have noticed the white horse peeking out from behind some boulders.
Snowball watched as she racked her brain for ideas. These minis had it too easy, but this time, no one would interfere with her plans. This time, she would try a more cunning, carefully thought out plan. But what?
Suddenly she got it! She started chanting quietly, and soon dead leaves, dirt, and pebbles started to gather into one spot. As she chanted, the objects magically started to form into a shape. Slowly but surely, the shape transformed into the form of a mini. When Snowball finished, it was impossible to tell this black and brown mini from a real one! The mini started to twitch, and then, fully under Snowball's control, started to trot towards the village. Snowball would defeat the minis once and for all!

Facell cantered about peacefully just outside the Mini Village. Suddenly she stopped, seeing something in the distance approaching. The palomino disappeared into a large bush, and as the stranger drew nearer was puzzled to see that it was another mini. There weren't other mini villages out here in the wild, were there? She was tempted to leave her hiding place, thinking that it might be a refugee escaping captivity.

Suddenly, Snowball got an idea. Using her magic, Snowball made a bullet shoot with a "bang" out of nowhere and hit the mini in the leg. Snowball then made the mini look like it was limping, and soon the mini collapsed in what appeared to be a faint. No mini would leave another injured mini lying out in the middle of nowhere! Snowball smiled slightly. The minis would get the fake one in the village for her!

Facell dashed from her hiding place, galloping towards the mini. She put her nose to its stomach and pushed, slowly doing her best to get it inside the village. Finally, they were both in! Facell whinnied to get everybody's attention.

"I don't know. I saw him coming towards our village, but he collapsed." Suddenly it struck her that she might get in trouble for bringing a strange mini into their hidden home.

Suddenly, a mini charged over from outside. It was Snippy. "Helloooooo! What's happening?" Snippy then noticed the mini on the ground. Snippy inched nearer, and then sniffed the strange horse. "Strange... Something smells strange here... Oh well! I'll figure it out later when I'm not so busy. I've got important things to do! Clover to nibble, dirt clods to kick, and all that good stuff!" Snippy then galloped off.
Skoola snorted. "That Snippy! Always running around without a care in the world! Ugh!"

"Not quite right?" Facell snorted with frustration. "That's just like him to do that..." she mumbled. "What do you think's wrong with his leg, Skoola?" she asked with concern.

With all the commotion going on, nobody saw a little mini just outside the gate. She was a baby and she had not eaten in days. She looked longingly into the village and wished she could be part of the family, too.

Skoola looked carefully at the leg of the injured mini. There was a horrible wound, and it looked like what came as a result of those booming sticks. This would take a lot of work to patch up!
